Absolutely wonderful 1940’s jersey and velvet dress. This dress almost looks like a two piece of a blouse and skirt but tadah. It is indeed a dress with a wonderful peplum style detail. The print is of flowers in gorgeous neon hues with a soft sumptious velvet skirt.
The dress has a covered button down front and on the skirt has a press stud and button opening. Please note accessories do not come with dress.
