Super interesting NRA labelled 1930’s Dress. The NRA was a voluntary program covering many consumer goods. The famous blue eagle lable can only be seen in the period from 1933 to 1935 and only in American products. This stunning sheer dotted piece has the most beautiful detailing from the cut out balloon sleeves to the beautiful workmanship on the sleeve cuffs. This piece would be the price of any 1930’s loving wardrobe.
There are no openings and closings. This is an over the head piece. Please note I’ve also put a slip under this dress. It is not included with the dress.
